Refund Policy

All payments for Dreams ZZ Box Premium are final and non-refundable. Because Premium is a digital subscription that unlocks instant access to all features, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused billing periods once a payment has been taken.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, after which your plan will not renew and no further charges will be made.

The free tier of Dreams ZZ Box remains available at no cost. You are never required to subscribe to use the core dream journal.

If you believe a charge was made in error, or you have a problem with a payment, please contact us at hello@dreamszzbox.com and we will look into it. We will assess billing errors on a case-by-case basis as required by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
